This weekend iwriteplays is actually writing a play. The 24 Hour Play Festival debuts this Saturday night at 8pm and again on Sunday at 3pm. On Friday evening 6 playwrights will be given a certain phrase with which to write a short one-act play. The actors begin rehearsal on Saturday morning and the show goes on that very evening. Last year our girl was voted "Best Writer" by the audience, a title she intends to keep. So get out there and support the arts people!
