Mom: Outlook express
-K: No mom that's an email program
Mom: Oh, Internet Explorer?
-K: Um no. O.k. when you turned it on did it say Vista anywhere?
Mom: Windows media player? Oh wait not that's not it.
-K: Um, I don't know that I can help you here . . . . .
